“Our Intellectual Property practice is strengthening!

We are pleased to announce that Michal BOHACZEWSKI has joined the firm as a Partner in Intellectual property team.

Michal advises French and international clients on all aspects of the protection and management of intellectual property rights.

His practice focuses in particular on trade marks, designs, copyright and unfair competition, both in advisory matters and in litigation.

He represents clients in proceedings before the French and European courts and offices, including the EUIPO and the General Court of the European Union.

Michal has an international and multifaceted background, combining experience gained at leading law firms in France, Poland and Switzerland with five years of in-house experience in the luxury and fashion sectors.

This dual perspective—both in private practice and in-house—enables him to offer clients a strategic and pragmatic approach to intellectual property matters.

His career is also supported by a strong academic background.

He holds a PhD, has authored several books and articles on intellectual property law, and teaches in this field.

Michal works in French, English, Polish and Italian.

He is admitted to the Paris and Warsaw Bars (currently omitted in Warsaw).
