Its main objective is the creation of intelligent and autonomous spaces and infrastructures: cars, industrial equipment or even electrical networks\u2026<\/p>\n<p>With its pedagogical approach and using numerous examples of applications, this book is the culmination of a 10-year study by the Intelligent Manufacturing and Services Systems (IMS2) French research group, part of the MACS (Modeling, Analysis and Control of Dynamic Systems) research group at the CNRS\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>Industrial cyber-physics and responsibility regimes<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Like any new development in the industrial field, cyber-physics implies numerous upheavals. In addition to being a decisive innovation for production, organization and communication, it leads to a reconsideration of certain legal and ethical models. This is the subject that Sylvie Jonas and Fran\u00e7oise Lamnabhi-Lagarrigue have addressed in the section &#8220;Envisioning the Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems of the Future&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Would cyber-physics imply, for example, that autonomous systems be given a legal personality? Or, on the contrary, would the option of a specific civil liability regime need to be considered?
